At Pink Legacy Collective, customer satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and product returns are handled.
1. Tax Services
No Refunds After Service Begins
Because tax services involve time, expertise, and immediate labor, all tax service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Service Not Yet Started
If you booked and paid but no work or review has begun, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
Missed or Late Appointments
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
You may reschedule one time without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Candle Products
Eligible for Refund or Replacement Only If:
The item arrives damaged
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Used candles
Opened products
Clearance or sale items
3. Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital items (PDFs, templates, instant downloads) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank
